Recently I’ve received many endorsements – several every day. I asked colleagues about it, and they said that they had the same experience. I looked into it more with the help of someone in my network. Endorsements were recently introduced in LinkedIn. When someone sees your profile, they see a blue box that invites them to endorse you for skills that are in the Skills & Expertise section of your profile. Before I used LinkedIn a lot, I used to think I didn’t have time to learn it and use it.  I was so busy – where would I ever find the time for something new?  As I started using it more and more, now I can’t live without it.  What’s the difference?     A recent example comes to mind: I just got back from a Norwegian Cruise Line cruise to the Bahamas. We visited Freeport and then sailed on to Nassau, Bahamas the next day.
